Textbook Sales

When textbooks are removed from the University Library's collection, it is usually because we have acquired a new edition. This does not automatically mean that the contents of the old textbooks are wrong, it is just that perhaps one aspect is missing or there are still minor typos in the book that have not been corrected. All in all, no reason to throw the book away. It would be possible for us to give such books to resellers, but first we want our students to have the opportunity to re-use these books for private use.

For this reason, we offer discarded textbooks for sale for about 10% of the original purchase price. The sale shelf is located just off the stairs in the textbook collection. If you would like to purchase one of the books, please report to the service desk with the book.
