TUCard for employees

For employees of the TU Clausthal the TUCard is valid as library card. An application form for the TUCard can be found on the TU homepage. Please fill it out and hand it in to the Student Secretariat with a photo.

Have the TUCard activated at the service desk before the first loan!

Expiration date The TUCard is valid for one year. The validity period can be extended free of charge at the Service Desk, also by telephone.

Change of address In your own interest, please notify the Service Desk immediately of any change of address. Please also note that your current e-mail address is required for notifications. An e-mail address of the TU Clausthal is recommended.

Loss of ID card Please report the loss of your TUCard immediately to the Service Desk in order to avoid misuse. You can find an application for a new TUCard on the TU website. Please refer to the form for the costs incurred.

The library card is not transferable. By registering, you accept the usage regulations of Clausthal University Library.
